Whether you are coming with family or friends, there is a sleeping arrangement for everyone.

Consisting of 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other can be set up as either 2 3ft twin beds or as a Superking size bed. A sofa bed is also available on request, situated in the living room and is a small double size. Suitable for families or 2 groups of couples. Travel cots are also available but please request these if you need them.

A good sized modern kitchen, including all the necessary essentials such as; 

• dishwasher

•  Neff electric fan oven and Neff induction hob,

• Neff microwave,

• large fridge with freezer compartment,

• kettle, and toaster.

• Usb sockets

You will have no problem preparing any meals here. Why not take them out to the patio area to enjoy Al Fresco.

A comfortable lounge area with 47" smart tv, and cosy sofas, the ideal place to kick back for a film or to relax infront of the fire. A pull out dining table with 4 chairs is also available for sit down meals or for playing board games or cards on.

We all know it's the pooches holiday too and sometimes they like to go and have a swim in the river or get sandy on the beach. To keep your pooch in tip top condition we have a dedicated area around the back where you can give them a wash down with warm water. This area can also come in handy to wash down any muddy boots, bikes or even paddle boards and kayaks.
